Fees for Service

Individual psychotherapy sessions are $200.00 per 50 minute session, to be paid at the time of service. Sessions are 50 minutes in length to allow me to complete the legally required documentation of sessions. I value your time and do my best to run on schedule.

Initial couples and Family sessions are 1 hour and 20 minutes in length and are $300.00. Subsequent couples sessions are 50 minutes and $200.00, and follow-up family sessions are 1 hour and 20 minutes in length and $300.00

Assessment fees are $225 per hour. Assessment appointments vary in length depending on the scope. Fees for assessments are based on in-session interview and history-taking, test scoring and interpretation, report writing, and a feedback session at which results are presented.

The fee for the completion of letters, forms, and other documents related to you service is $50. If you request a copy of your file the charge is $30.

A receipt will be given when payment is received. Please retain this receipt for your insurance or income tax claims. I require a credit card number on file.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment times are reserved specifically for you, and a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. The full fee will be required for sessions missed without at least 24 hours notice.

Insurance Coverage 

As a registered psychologist my services are covered by most extended health benefit insurance plans. Psychological services are not covered by OHIP. Please check your insurance plan regarding coverage and claim procedures (e.g., whether or not a letter or referral from your physician is required, details required on receipts, amount per person per calendar year). I do not provide direct billing.
